Remediation
Delete an unused live Temporary Environment or wait until details.nextExpiresAt
Cause
The App has reached its limit of unexpired Temporary Environments.
Fix
Delete an unused live Temporary Environment or wait until details.nextExpiresAt, then retry creation. Expired Environments awaiting teardown do not count toward the live limit.
